Angioimmunoblastic lymphadenopthy is a recently described lymphoma like entity characterized by a diffuse proliferation of immunoblasts, plasma cells, lymphocytes and small blood vessels, and systemic infiltration to multiple organs. A few hundreds cases of angioimmunoblastic lymphadenopathy were reported in the world, but this disease is rarely found in Korea. Recently, at the Department of Internal Medicine, we observed a case of angioimmunoblastic lymphadenopathy in 70 year old male patient. Physical examination revealed cervical, axillary and inguinal lymphadenopathy, hepatosplenomegaly and anemic conjunctiva. Serum globulin level and immunoglobulin level were within normal limit but IgA and IgM were subnormal level. Serum C3 and C4 level were normal. The histological picture of cervical lymph node biopsy showed angioimmunoblastic lymphade¡©nopathy.
